Why is CDE relocating to Rex House?
CDE is relocating to improve accessibility and enhance service delivery, allowing us to better support employers and MDWs.
When will operations begin at the new location?
Operations at Rex House will commence on 3 August 2026.
Will there be any disruption to services during the move?
No, all services will continue without interruption, with Rex House being fully functional from mid-August.

How can I get to Rex House?

The nearest bus-stop (bus-stop number: 40011) to Rex House is located next to Little India Station Exit A. Tap/click here for the directional video.
Upon alighting at the Little India Station bus stop, proceed to cross at the traffic light towards Little India Station Exit A Bus Stop. Continue walking towards Rex House, which is visible from the bus stop.
(Note: Due to ongoing major construction along the road, you may prefer to use the MRT underpass to cross safely.)
Will my existing appointment still be valid?
Yes. As you already have selected Rex House at time of scheduling your appointment, it will remain valid and will take place at Rex House from 3 August 2026 onwards.
Do I need to reschedule my appointment?
Rescheduling is not required unless you are contacted directly by CDEConnect.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Employers are required to book appointments in accordance with the timeline stated in the appointment letters. This ensures smooth coordination and efficient service and waiting time.
Is parking available at Rex House?
There is no public parking facility available at the building premises.
Are there any amenities nearby?
Yes. There are various food outlets and convenience options within walking distance, including:

Is the building accessible?
Yes. Rex House is accessible for elderly and differently abled visitors.
Visitors arriving by taxi or private hire vehicles may alight at the basement drop-off point for convenient access.
For those arriving via public transport, assistance can be arranged at Level 1, where a wheelchair ramp is available upon request.
Will there be any changes to CDEConnect services?
No. All services, processes, and support provided by CDEConnect will remain unchanged.
Will contact details change after the relocation?
All existing phone numbers, email addresses, and communication channels will remain the same.
Will operating hours change?
There are no changes to operating hours unless otherwise stated.
